Currently developers are producing homes at high volume and with a shortage of highly skilled trades; many properties are not completed to the expected standard. We also see a lot of evidence of corners being cut so that short programmes are met; all of this is to the disadvantage of the homeowner. The Pro Snaggers mission is to use are in depth knowledge of new build construction to give the advantage back to the homeowner, resulting in a property they can call home. 

Our snag list really is a small price to pay for the return of a quality home. Our expert surveyors find on average around 120 snags a unit, these snags can be minor cosmetics as well as major defects. The snagging report is then issued to yourself; pass this on to the developer and they will be obliged to rectify the issues FREE OF CHARGE.
